It’s a membership community where I bring together people managing a mental health condition, or another's mental health condition, so they can share experiences and develop new skills. Through this community, you can understand nuanced mental health issues, create a lasting, healthier lifestyle, and improve your mental wellness.

Weekly Affirmation-Reflection Exercises
These are fillable forms that let you complete them on your computer and print. Click to see a sneak peak.
The monthly themes will focus on wellness topics such as Self-Awareness (March), Self-Defeating thoughts (April), Clean Eating (May), and so on.
The monthly workshops will cover mental health disorders like Bipolar Disorder (March), Generalized Anxiety (April), and Major Depression (May). During the workshops, I'll discuss how we diagnose the disorder, medications and other treatment options, and other related issues. Because they will be conducted live with a chat stream, you’ll have a chance to ask questions.
Even though I’ll provide educational information, the BEST part of the community is having a safe place to share experiences and learn from each other.
